C1 provides identity governance for Pumble. Integrate your Pumble workspace with C1 for unified visibility and governance over who can access your team chat.

Capabilities

ResourceSyncProvision
Users
User groups
The connector syncs every workspace member, every user group, and each group’s membership. Members keep their workspace role (Owner, Admin, User, or Guest) and their active or deactivated state, so deactivated members remain visible in C1 rather than disappearing.

Gather Pumble credentials

You need an Owner or Admin account in Pumble to create an API key that can read the whole workspace. A key created by a lower-tier member cannot list workspace members or groups.
1
Sign in to Pumble as a workspace Owner or Admin.
2
Open Workspace settings and go to Add-ons, then enable and open the API Keys add-on.
3
Generate a new API key and copy it. This single value is the only credential the connector needs.

Configure the Pumble connector

Follow these instructions to use a built-in, no-code connector hosted by C1.
1
In C1, navigate to Integrations > Connectors and click Add connector.
2
Search for Pumble and click Add.
3
Choose how to set up the new Pumble connector.
4
Set the owner for this connector.
5
Click Next.
6
Find the Settings area of the page and click Edit.
7
Enter the Pumble credential:
  • Pumble API key: The API key you generated from the Pumble API Keys add-on.
8
Click Save.
9
The connector’s label changes to Syncing, followed by Connected. You can view the logs to ensure that information is syncing.
Done. Your Pumble connector is now pulling access data into C1.
